Bad smell etx

We have stayed a few times. Cost is good , staff complained about others. food is good could use an upgrade things r becoming out dated.

I booked the hotel in the wrong city by mistake. I was using the app and the city I wanted had no vacancies, so the app automatically moved to another city, more than two hours away. I did not notice the location change and booked the room. When I arrived to check in and the error was found. The hotel in the next city would not refund my money. I end-up having to driving more than an hour from the city I needed to be and book another hotel and while never getting a refund for the hotel I never arrived at . Really bad experience.
