The day before our arrival, we were informed to anticipate noise from the nearby train and onsite construction. Would have appreciated learning if that sooner as we would have chosen another place to stay. Can not currently recommend staying there under any circumstances.

They should mention that the no windows rooms are located at basement! The room had a very low ceiling

Great stay! Clean comfortable and are was great!

The room was extremely tiny. No wardrobe or chest of drawers. Because of how tiny it was, it must be hard to clean properly, and it shows. Despite cleaners coming every day, the floor and shelves were utterly dusty and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. However, the hotel is very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park; at least there’s that, but I am very confident this is the first and last time I’ll stay at Marina Hotel.

Nice hotel. Good location close to the tube. Comfy bed. Quiet at night. Smallish rooms. No chair or luggage rack. Was on the 4th floor - VERY slow elevators. Stayed 4 nights and the tea bags (English Breakfast) were never replenished. No live TV at all. You could connect to your own plan if available, or opt into a trial period on ones offered. Good WiFi. Helpful staff.
