Save yourself & do not stay here. Roaches, staff specifically the male front desk employee is very rude, bed sheets are dirty, the towels are ragged, thin, dirty and actually are very old pool towels, the shower I can’t even begin to describe but I have pictures, pictures of to provide, we took showers with our sandals on, roaches crawling on us as we slept, the toilet sounded like a dying whale when flushed, my boyfriend had to fix it when we got there, bug droppings in the sink counter. Walls in the bathroom are caked with whatever. The nightstand had so much stuff caked on top. I took hand sanitizer and scrubbed it clean and the baby wipe was so black. I have pictures and video of the roach that I killed before I took my shower. TV has to be reset every time you turn it on. The guy at the front desk came to our room with 5-6 remotes to fix it and then accused me of not having a remote when I had one hence how I saw we needed them to reset the tv. Told me to find it and have my boyfriend come to the front desk. Many people in the check-in line that came back to the desk with multiple complaints about their room. The health department should absolutely be called on them. The bathroom door in our room was a regular home door. Overall terrible experience. 0/10 don’t stay here. I know I’m leaving things out. Oh yeah the bed close to the AC unit was so close that the corner of the bed was wet from condensation. Watch your credit cards and accounts they will scam you.

Front desk staff was good. Checkout is 11:00am and the housecleaning staff bangs on my door at 9:45, woke me. (I got in late the night before). I did not put out my Do Not Disturb. All they had to do was to work the rooms with known checkouts or call the front desk. Seems like they need training.

Fantastic, more than nice, very upscale and beautiful property, first class staff and amenities, couldn’t ask for much more, I highly recommend!

We loved the hot tub but jets didn’t work well and only one towel for 2 adults in a presidential suite..like WTH?? Not coming back…we can find a hot tub somewhere else.! Toilet paper is sand paper btw it’s cheap cheap. At best a 2 star
