Great location, stunning building, good rooms at reasonable rates Disappointed to be charged parking after spending over £400 on 3 rooms Reception didn’t seem to know where the gym was, google map more useful

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyll Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, and the high-end amenities were fantastic. Drinks were a little overpriced, but the amazing Manor House, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings more than made up for it. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be returning on our next trip to the beautiful Cotswolds.

Fabulous venue not for those with walking difficulties though.

A tastefully developed pub with ample rooms, stylish appearance and appealing atmosphere. Dinner was a little disappointing (had the buttermilk chicken burger) which felt as if it had been pre-prepared/defrosted and reheated. May have just been an unlucky experience as generally the food reviews are very good and the breakfast was truly excellent and very fresh. Husband's burger was good. Staff very pleasant. We had a waterside suite which looked over the cricket pitch at the back so was quiet. Used it as a base to start the Thames Path walk at its source near Kemble.
