Our room smelled horrible, one of the lamps didn’t work, in the hallway the walls and doors were filthy, the elevator doors both inside and out and the trim were super dirty. The breakfast area was covered in crumbs (we were the only people there), the completely full syrup dispensers had very obviously not been cleaned before being refilled, they were caked with dried syrup. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found at checkout. I would not stay at this hotel again

I really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Indianapolis! Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one!

Cute hotel. Not enough food options at bar. Unfriendly staff at times. Wouldn’t allow for extra 30 min late check out

Great dining.
