The Crescent is great all new a few little things to work out like the door to the bathroom is a swing door if it shuts there is no exhaust in the bathroom at all, we had to find something to prop the door open with. The A/C only goes down to 65 degrees you would think that would be cold enough, but when there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and you have your blinds open, and the sun beats in and if you don’t leave your card in the slot at the door when you leave to make sure your Air keeps running the whole time you’re not there. It’s definitely not cool enough which is an odd thing. If you call down to the front desk, they can lower it to 60 for you. Other than that all was great and the staff very very helpful

This place is a pit and even though it is inexpensive, it is not worth the price! I arrived at 1:00 AM from the Syracuse airport, and there was nobody at the front desk to let me in the front door. I used the phone on the wall that said to call for late check-in and there was no answer I used my cell phone to call the front desk and got no answer. I called the reservations number and after being transferred a couple times, finally got someone who said he would call the General Manager. He put my on hold, AND THEN CUT ME OFF! I called again and got transferred around again and finally got a guy who made a series of calls that went unanswered, but he at least came back to me every few minutes letting me know what he was doing. Finally, after a total of about 30 minutes, the front desk agent returned and let me in. I checked in and went to my room. It was broken down and the floor was filthy. After 30 mins of walking around the room in my socks, I found the bottoms of my socks were disgustingly dirty. There was no blanket on the bed -- only a flat sheet and a sheet-thin bedspread. I had to ask at the front desk the next day for a blanket which they had ready in a plastic wrapper as if they only hand them out on request(??!!!) The bathroom towel rack fell apart dropping parts to the floor each time I put a towel on it. The shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall so the curtain sags to the middle and hangs wide open on both ends. The Wi-Fi is weak and fades in and out.
