We travelled from London and stayed at the hotel for a couple of days, and honestly, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is so much better than the pictures — it was even more beautiful in person. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome, and we genuinely have absolutely no complaints. We even arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and the team were kind enough to accommodate us, which was such a lovely start to our stay. A special mention absolutely has to go to Karolina, who was one of the highlights of our entire stay. She was an amazing host and made us feel so comfortable and genuinely welcomed. She remembered where we liked to sit, what we liked to eat and drink, and would always come over for a conversation with a big smile on her face. What we loved most was how genuine and personable she was. She was just completely herself — friendly, funny, warm and so easy to talk to. We actually kept going back to the hotel restaurant mainly because of her! She was so cool and made the restaurant feel like somewhere we wanted to keep coming back to rather than simply being a place to eat. She also introduced us to other members of staff, which made us feel even more welcome and part of the hotel during our stay. We genuinely left feeling like we had been looked after by people who actually cared about our experience. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel, and Karolina is a huge reason why.
