The staff at the check-in was exceptional. While they were trying to deal with the implementation of the new computer system and the manager working long hours, they still managed to be very polite and give very professional and friendly service. The rooms are very well maintained and the size and amenities exceeded expectations for the price. The check-out handled by the night shift was curt and unresponsive. I would have felt better dropping the cards in a kiosk or leaving in the room. I only went by the desk to inform the staff that you should supply the rooms with anti-slip shower mats or you're going to get sued as slippery as the shower floor was in my room. I informed the night shift desk attendant and I had to look directly at him to be certain that he acknowledged he heard me. If not for the check out and very slippery shower I would have nothing but 5+ reviews and comments.

This was my second time staying at the Westin and my experience was okay. The first time, they couldn't find my reservation because I booked through Hotels.com, so I had to wait over an hour to get a room (though they did give me free breakfast for the trouble). This time, I called ahead to let them know my flight was delayed and that I was still coming, but they hit me with an extra $300 no-show charge on top of me already paying for the full 5 days. On top of that, there's no washer and dryer, which is uncommon. At one point, Housekeeping woke up my husband and 4-month-old and told them to leave so they could clean, but after waiting an hour and a half to two hours, they came back and nothing had even been touched. The breakfast is good quality, but pricey if you don’t include it with your stay. It also has access to the convention center which was a reason for choosing the hotel. However, there are others within close distance to the convention center as well to choose from.

Room was clean & spacious. Front desk was accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff.

Very clean and nice room. Staff was great. Big TV. Exercise room very nice. Pool is small. No breakfast provided. Paid dinner was ok but clearly overpriced for the mediocre burger and wings. Overall pretty happy with the stay. I don't like perfumes in the elevator - cut the chemicals please.

Comfortable bed,room decor beautiful,most of the staff was helpful. Waiting 65 minutes to get into my room is ridiculous.
