Collina d'Oro Vacation Packages

It's a beautiful property with breathtaking views whether you are lucky to get that lake views or the mountain views which for me were at its best a night. The rest feels like lost in translation. From the actual booking which leads you to belive you need to book a double room for 2 people and you end up with 2 bedrooms instead of 1 with a better view to the insane directions of how to get to your room, to a beautiful kitchenette with not even one utensil, no microwave or decent coffee. Onto restaurant staff with no experience on how to help a guest feel welcome. Shot out to Maria from the Dot Deli, who saw us lost, offered to help and walked us over to the right elevator. Management has some serious work to do.

Staff was amazing!! So friendly and helpful. Great location next to funicular connected to main Lugano train station. Food was artistic and interesting.
