Great hotel - would go there again for sure. Beautiful room, clean, courteous staff- great pool and Jacuzzi!

Hotel was going through remodeling but staff was very nice and complimentary breakfast was good.

Room was in poor condition. Bathroom had dried stains on the walls and baseboards, toilet had mold/mildew under the rim. The bathroom door was broken; would not open or close without using all of your strength to do so. Refrigerator handles were sticky and dirty. The pleather on the desk chair in the room had almost completely peeled off. One of the room lights was broken or either the light bulb was blowed, either way, it would not come on and room had a damp musty odor. There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast; it was not served. The only thing sitting out for breakfast was coffee and hot cocoa packets. I inquired with the front desk about breakfast and was told they were in the middle of switching vendors, therefore, no breakfast is served. I inquired about an adjustment due to no breakfast and was informed that there will be no refund due to not being charged for it, although the advertised room rental states breakfast is included. The least they could have done was go to the local Sam’s Club and grab something to serve until their supposed vendor issue is resolved IMO.
