Very disappointed with the lack of privacy. Housekeeping entered our room before our checkout time without knocking or announcing themselves. We were still occupying the room, and this made us extremely uncomfortable. Staff should always knock before entering an occupied room. The property should also provide an inside lock and/or a clear “Do Not Disturb” sign so guests can feel secure and have their privacy respected. I hope management addresses this issue so it does not happen to another guest.

Well maintained property. On the River Walk and walking distance to La Panaderia Restaurant. Self parking behind the hotel for 38 dollars a night.
