Loved this place and fantastic price

Outdated and not very clean however the location was perfect! Also they try and sell you a tour when you first arrive which was annoying. Just trying to check in not listen to a whole selling pitch!

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

The rooms pictured on the website are not representative of what we stayed in. Stained linens, fingernails on the floor, stink bugs and other insects observed. Dirty. Incredibly loud at night. Cigarette smoke from other guests was evident. A/C did not work in the room and lock to balcony door was broken. Toilet paper holder broke while we were there. I had a migraine from either mold or whatever cleaning products used.

Property and rooms need a serious overhaul, the pictures online make it look 10x better then what it really is. Decently clean, could have been cleaner. staff was nice however the check in process was long and drawn out, feel like they could do better about check in’s and being prepared. Probably would not stay here again unless they do a major overhaul on the property and rooms.

I booked this hotel because it had a balcony. I didn’t care if the balcony had a city view or a mountain view. Our balcony had neither. There was a wall right in front of the balcony with barely any sunlight coming through. Very disappointing!
