Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.

That was very helpful and checking in. The air conditioner works perfectly!

If you need a kitchen etc for extended stay this may be a great spot for you but if you just need a place to sleep look elsewhere. My room was very noisy and the full size fridge hummed most of the night and kept me up. The air conditioner was also very noisy. The chair in the room had a plastic cushion on instead of theThe staff was nice though. I asked front desk go have maintenance check the fridge

The lower bed height is great for someone with mobility issue where tip toe to get on a bed is challenging. Wish there are green tea available.

Staff was very accommodating. The pool was so fun. Kids had a blast!
