Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.

That was very helpful and checking in. The air conditioner works perfectly!

Bed bugs !!! I had to be switched rooms because i found bed bugs on the bed and also the chair and i emailed the office and got no response as of yet and no refund offered. The woman who worked at night was super helpful and genuinely felt bad and did what she could to help move me and said she would talk to management.

The lower bed height is great for someone with mobility issue where tip toe to get on a bed is challenging. Wish there are green tea available.

Staff was very accommodating. The pool was so fun. Kids had a blast!
