It was a great stay

There was a super nice employee who brought me a voucher for food because it was my birthday. We tried to use it several times and never got to use it due to only using it at the vendors outside of the casino, but all of those were closed when we wanted to eat. Then the Burger place was down due to their server being down. So the voucher was wasted.

I was kind of shocked about the $20 00 per day charge to park in the lot. I never was charged a parking lot charge to stay at a hotel. Also, there were only a few handicapped spots. My son in-law could not find a handicapped spots so he parked in the Valet spot. The guy came running out and said it was an extra $5 to park there. The valet spots are right up front. They should make those spots reserved for handicap. Is the person parking the valet too lazy to walk a father distant?

What I appreciate about Holiday Inn Express hotels is that they are consistent across the U.S. and always clean, with good WiFi, good breakfast, and complimentary parking.

So to be completely honest I am never staying at Wyndham Garden ever again. When I got there they were doing a full on reconstruction of basically the entire lobby. The staff does not greet you or speak to you unless you speak to them. The smell in the hallways were terrible. The rooms were bare minimum, the showers were terrible not super cleaned and the towels were so bad that it hurt to dry off with. The beds were comfortable but the TV did not work and the mini fridge was not cold. When I was checking out to leave I felt the need to clean as much of the room as possible and take videos to make sure I got my deposit back. Ended up finding old popcorn kernels, random old snacks and food next to the bed and air conditioner so I was not happy checking out. The price is wayyyy too high for what you get, I spent 421$ for 2 nights that were both terrible. We were scared to eat the breakfast in the morning so both morning we went to first watch and spent 50 each morning instead. Terrible stay and would highly NOT recommend. Wish I could get my money back for them not being transparent abt the conditions of their hotel!
