Excellent Highly recommended

The restaurants were good, beds were hard air conditioning wasn't working right. We had to come back three times until almost 5 o'clock to get into our room. They weren't ready. Parking wasn't the greatest. had to walk a long ways in the hot sun.

The staff was excellent our only negative occurred when a previous guest broke a bottle in the outdoor swimming pool, thus the pool was closed during our stay. Swimming in the outdoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at the Elms.

Free parking and plenty of restaurants that were reasonably priced. The Casino was beautiful.

This hotel was a great stay. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was fine. There was only one hangup that I had, which was the Large hold on my account for a deposit. Lots of hotels now are only doing a run of a penny or just an authorization that way they don’t tie up your money. All hotels can do this now, it’s unfortunate that this one doesn’t.
