The property was absolutely disgusting. There was literally cockroaches.

Th Peabody is a fabulous grand hotel. I could spend hours in the lobby enjoying the piano, which is always playing in the background, and having wonderful conversations with other guests. The lobby is a gorgeous venue reminiscent of the grandeur of the Old South. I recall hearing several people from the Mississippi delta insisting that if heaven wasn’t like a Saturday evening at the Peabody they didn’t want to go! I try to spend an evening at the Peabody whenever I am in Memphis.

Great for entire family. Lots of room with space for quiet time. Not enough toiletries, ran out first day which was disappointing

I stayed in room 313. The room needed dusting, vacuumed, and the bathroom swept and mopped. I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. My mother and I traveled from Michigan, and make it in quite late. I checked in my manager Daimem. Anyway, we make it to the room, I pulled out the sofa bed where I had to sleep, and found the mattress stained with blood (a woman's ) in several different places. I went back down to make management aware and asked for a replacement, but he said he didn't have one. So I had to cover it with several sheets. No apology or compensation at all.
