Been here since Friday, first time ever in Chattanooga and I must say this has been an unforgettable experience! I want to give a special shoutout to Dian B. She was extremely supportive and helpful and very engaging throughout the whole experience. Anthony was helpful and amazing (we missed your jokes) this hotel was so beautiful and vibrant it felt like being back in those times experiencing it as if it was the early 1900s

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Good stay.

There was peeling wallpaper & ceiling paint in room & bathroom. No shower curtain liner, so shower curtain was very wet. Bathroom floor was dirty with prior guest hair. Peeling wallpaper at elevators under call button.

This property was very unique! I was visiting Chattanooga for my 22nd birthday, and it was the perfect place for me and my partner to stay at while exploring the city. It was very close to all of the popular attractions (aquarium, park, restaurants). There's also a bike rental rack a few steps away. We especially loved the full kitchen and separate bedroom. It was clean and the space was pleasant. The only thing is that the air conditioning is really loud (over 50dB) when it turns on, and it would wake me up in the middle of the night if it turned on. Aside from that, we both thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again.
