Pros - low cost & location Cons - I understood that no one from the property was onsite, however, I was told that if I needed anything I could just call, which could have worked fine if in fact anyone answered the phone. Our door lock stopped working so we could not lock our door and we had 10k worth of golf clubs, electronics, etc. I called for over an hour, called the emergency line etc. Not only could you not leave a message, but no one ever to bother to call back and we were still there 24 hours after the incident. I ended up walking around the property until I found someone with batteries, which I assumed and hoped was the problem. Our refrigerator had pizza boxes and old, open take out ranch containers. We had 2 towels that looked like rags with a sign that said if you need more go to the office, which is a bad joke. I definitely would not return or recommend.

The bathroom sink cold side leaked terribly and because we left early and no one was at the desk.

Beautiful property, clean rooms, quiet area, and great breakfast.

The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained. The staff was very nice and the restaurant gets very busy for dinner with both guests and locals. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu was well planned. The property is not on the beach. There is a nature preserve across the street, about a 30 minute walk to get to the beach. There was no car access to the nature preserve during road work.
