Ideally situated for visits to His Majesty's Theatre. One or two vegan choices on the menu for evening meal. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed here a number of times. Staff helpful. Room looked a bit tired. Good spa and reasonable priced stay. Plenty parking. Lovely breakfast.

I really love this hotel! We had a really big bedroom and a lovely bathroom (the shower was amazing). There was even a fridge which is rare. Bear in mind it’s kinda far from the center of Aberdeen but parking was easy on a week night. We went in a lovely italien restaurant Al fresco where the price was quite affordable and the service super quick.

Staff was very nice. Wonderful breakfast.

The room was needing the cobweb taken away ! The bathroom was lovely however an accident waiting to happen ! No slip mats, as the bath was on a plinth ,stepping out onto a damp tiled floor from a height is not great ! The handle on the shower kept dropping off . I spoke to the receptionist and she said she didn’t have any maintenance people ! It took 11/2 hrs to have a 2 course meal in the Monday evening . The staff on the breakfast shift - they certainly need training - I had to ask someone to take my order , then they take the order without writing it down and therefore got it wrong. They never cleared the cereal dishes away before bringing the main breakfast dishes . The tea was like dish water ! It was very disappointing as I’ve stayed at this hotel before in March 2026 - standards have certainly slipped .

I stayed at this hotel some time aho and it was amazing, i stayed last night and the hotel is poor... only bar food available as the main restautant only opens wed to sun. The room is very tired with oily stains on the bedding, carpets all stained, the shower seal was full of mould from top to bottom, the water didnt drain away so the shower base was full of water. When i opened the window i thougjt it was going to fall in... when i checked out there was no customer service at all..sorry i wont be staying hete again

Ideal property for your self catering needs. Bring you food as shopping is limited. Keep you phone on you as door locks are digital and if you leave your phone behind it is difficult to re-enter ( idiot). Clean tidy and modern will meet all your needs.
