Excellent friendly staff .Very accomadating and a family operated establishment. Rare to find an outdoor pool around Indianapolis these days which was a nice suprise and refreshing during the recent 90 degree plus days.

Great place to sleep and good breakfast. Not five star food or anything but you get what you pay for. Very clean and on top of things. Good front desk service and easy to communicate when needed to with them. Would stay again.

Another wonderful stress free stay. Hampton Inns never disappoint.

Clean rooms very quiet staff was very nice

I feel like the room wasn’t even cleaned after last people checked out and we checked in. Trash left in room, cigarette ashes on floor. Just a cheap unfortunately never booking again hotel. They look the office both day and nights and takes forever to get staff for check in.

4rooms in total were booked every room had a issue . My presidential suite had no air conditioning in bed room had to move to another room were the toilet didn’t work. 2 of the other rooms had nasty soap scum over shower heads and other room had issues with the TV working , no sound . Staff was helpful but not with a refund.

Everything was great. the only thing needing improvement was the yard and parking lot. There was a lot of trash on the yard around the building and the containers outside were running over. That was not just one day but the entire 5 days we were there. I suggest you to have someone check the exterior at least 3 times a day and empty the containers. I noticed that travelers were cleaning out their cars in the front driveway. Its a shame when such a nice place and the trash around the front entrance is the first thing you see when you arrive. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all. Sandie Williams
