Perfect hotel location 5 minute walk to the city center, and main attractions, and across the street are many shopping areas. Be mindful if you take uber you’ll have to walk a few streets over as the uber cannot come in that area with busses/tram. I stayed 2 nights and felt safe and comfortable, would book again if I ever find myself in Manchester

We have been coming here for years, never complained. Unfortunately this last visit proved bad. The water and therefore the showers and toilet were not working, my wife and I had a function to go to that evening. We were finally offered another room around 1pm which was lot smaller and not what we had paid for. Unfortunately now this place is in doubt as whether we will still use is again, there are so many kettle boutique hotels popping up its time for a change. On checkout, they seemed to find my minibar bill funny as it was rather large.....how about an apology for the utterly crap couple if days we had

Staff were outstanding, really looked after us during our stay. Big shout out to Riley at the breakfast bar on the ground floor and Ollie at the rooftop bar for their top class service.

Easy check in and perfect location. Hotel had everything for a night away.

Amazing hotel with bad restaurant(we decided to have a dinner there which was big mistake(kitchen was extremely slow and the service was disaster)Night time bar was good
