Pool out of order but the stay was good......

The TV not working was an issue. The staff was great trying to fix it but the WiFi not functioning wasn’t her fault.

When you say Tomato soup and grill cheese. An you get tomoto sauce that is nasty. Besides that the time we stayed was great

It was great!

While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. They would really benefit from adding full body mirror as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the AC and how you could adjust if needed. My husband and mother in law went down to the casino and had a great time, they liked how you could just walk down and it was connected to the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Large spacious rooms, and clerk who checked us in was amazing

Property was very clean. The staff was very nice. The only complaint if I had one is that the vending machines were all empty.
