The location was ideal - right in the center of the town area. The staff was very helpful to tell me what to do and where to eat - even had a list of restaurant options already printed1 I loved the "old timey" feel of my room, with a 4-poster bed, an electric fireplace, and Delft pottery accents around the room. If I'm ever back in Stowe, this is going to be my "go-to" place!

Great location! We walked almost everywhere . Comfortable large rooms. Delicious continental breakfast. Restaurant wasn’t open but the bar was fun. Would definitely stay here again. It’s a great deal!

This place was perfect for me and my family the kids had a blast at the pool and the fun zone

The Butler House is an extremely cozy inn with a great breakfast restaurant (Make reservations, it gets packed) that's perfectly located for anyone who does not want to have to drive. Check-in was very easy and convenient, although it is self check-in (no concierge desk). We will definitely be staying here again in the near-future.

Best location to stay at Stowe

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.
