This was our second stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioner was effective at keeping the room cool. We have stayed at a fair number of budget hotels and this is among the best.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, friendly staff. Just one minor thing, the bathroom door didn't shut right.

A/C showers breakfast

Air conditioning was intermittent and very noisy - vibrated all night long. There was only a single “curtain” (very run down condition and dingy) and no sun blocking curtain so air conditioning just blew behind the curtain and the room was never comfortable and was very humid. The convenience of the hotel is the only reason to stay there. It needs a significant upgrade in quality and lighting. Perhaps we just got a bad room and other rooms are nicer, but as someone who travels a lot for business, this hotel is off my list until it has a complete update.
