Room was nice, breakfast was nice. The bar was a nice addition to the hotel. My only complaints were the remote in my room barely worked for the TV and the window seal wouldn't open and had some kind of bacteria on it.

Our floor in the bathroom was slimy and the shower was dirty. There seemed to be a lot of long term people living there so it seemed a bit uncomfortable. There were never any towels in the pool after 7pm

For the most part the staff was very nice. I was there for 3 weeks, they came in to clean the room however it was not done well. The bathroom and sink area didn’t look like they were touched leaving soap grime and hair. Rings of water stains left

This is our go to hotel when we are in Rochester because it’s clean, the shuttle service to Mayo, the soup in the evening, and the friendly staff. The only small issue is the tv signal went out several times each time we stayed there. We will stay there again soon.
