Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

The hotel was amazing. It's close to the tube station. It was so peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before our check in time which made going to London centre at lot easier. It was also only a few minutes walk to the Appollo theatre where we had tickets to see Kevin Bridges. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. You also have an option to have a later checkout time for a small fee. I would definitely recommend it. In fact we are trying to plan another London trip already.

La localisation était parfaite à quelques pas du métro Gloucester.

Solid 5* Hilton experience, a few mins walk from Southwark station. Close to the Globe theatre so it’s an easy walk along the river to the restaurants in London Bridge. Feels safe walking around at night.

We stayed one night at the Kensington Prime in October. It is ideally located just two minutes from Kensington Olympia Station and Hotel Olympia. It is also close to Kensington High Street. Upon arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and advised that our room was on the 2nd floor, and that breakfast was included the following morning - this was free and not mentioned when booking so an added bonus. The room was compact, clean and well presented. The air conditioning was on and set at 17c, after a while it felt quite chilly. The TV worked well and as a deaf person I welcomed the subtitles which were available as these are often omitted in hotels. We went out to our show, returning quite late. I needed to charge my phone; unfortunately the USB socket, though provided, did not work. I asked the receptionist for help, and after checking he apologised, obviously there was nothing he could do about the socket but he did offer to charge my phone for me which was appreciated. The bathroom was clean, however the shower cubicle had a curtain only and water spilled over the floor. The shower itself had two heads, one of which was moveable however the flow was just a dribble from this head and was not useable. The bed and pillows were super comfy and having adjusted the air conditioning we had a good nights sleep. We were a little late for breakfast the following morning however the staff still allowed us to enjoy what was there. Overall a pleasant stay with a couple of issues.
