I really don’t feel this particular hotel should qualify as a Best Western Plus. It’s definitely not a step up class wise from a regular Best Western. The staff were pleasant to work with and the room (King Leisure) was nice a spacious. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was not in operation, as that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
