Showed up at 2am and the staff was friendly. Appreciate the fast check in process.

The hotel was very nice with two exceptions; 1) there was a huge cobweb in my room. I noticed it on the first day, I notified the front desk, and they said they would 'take care of it.' The next afternoon, the cobweb was still there so I contacted the front desk again and the person said "oh yeah, i see a note here on that.' I asked when it would be taken care of, they said 'as soon at they can get to it. Later that afternoon, the cobweb remained so I went to the front desk and asked for a manager. The person walked around for about 5 minutes then said "i dont know where they are at the moment." I showed them a picture of the cobweb and insisted it get taken care of. It was cleaned up that evening. 2) the front desk personnel werent very personable or displayed good customer service behaviors. isnt is possible to get some people to work the front desk that dress & act more 'professional?'

This place was awesome hands down! The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Thank you Madison for a great check in experience. Of all the hotels we stayed at over our road trip this weekend this was the best deal and the nicest establishment by far. The receptionist even gave my children little toys out the treasure chest as we were checking out. Thank y'all again! Will def be back if I am ever in the area.
