Not so good. I am not so happy, as someone is banging on the door from 12 a.m. until 5 am, not cleaned.

All very good, could fo woth a fridge in the room

Lift not working, need to climb three stairs with luggage, building under renovation, noisy started early in the morning, scaffolding workers walking outside bathroom, living room eve though our room on the third floor, privacy and safety issue, Very messy and dirty with renovation and demolition material lying around in the complex.

Clean room, looks just like the pictures and easy parking nearby at q park.

The apartment was really nice, with a modern feel & clean as though I was the first to stay there. The hosts really helpful, making contact plenty of time prior to my arrival to arrange parking and give instructions for arrival. Great to also have a gym onsite too, made it an even better stay as I could stay within routine. Would definitely stay again, both for a night or in Manchester for work longer than that.

Great nights stay at The Vanguard, very clean and tidy, everything we needed really, would definitely recommend.
