Small room but clean and functional. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Only complaint was the chemicals in the pool bleached two of my swimsuits- so beware of that.

Great stay 2nd year in a row! This time I enjoyed the bar and specialty drinks! Staff excellent as well!

Perfect location, quiet, but a short walk to everything fun. And I. August heat in the Keys, the only walks must be short. Cottages are small but well laid out, with super comfy bed, cold AC and hotter than hot shower. Staff was awesome and the 3 pm happy hour by the pool was laid back. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was abundant. We will definitely be back.

After an issue with our first room, the staff was very accommodating by moving us to a new room. The new room and our stay was excellent. Thank you!

I originally booked a room with 2 beds. They put me in Duvall gardens, which is about 3-4 blocks away, no parking. I went back and asked if I could have a room on the main campus. They said it would be a $50.00 upgrade charge, I said no problem. The room they gave me was a room for midgets. It was so small, the bathroom you didn’t have any room to turn around. I will never stay there again. The smell from the seaweed was horrible, but that isn’t their fault. Breakfast isn’t served until 8:00. I have attached pictures of the room. Not worth it.
