Very convenient and hassle-free stay. The check-in process was extremely easy and required no interaction, which made everything very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. We also had an early departure the next morning and were able to leave before the staff had even arrived, which made the whole experience seamless. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free place to stay in Cheboygan.

Can't say enough about the atmosphere in this mid century hotel. They have a deck and indoor area for drinks and small plates. The common area was very comfortable and full of games, books, tables, sofas, fireplace and tables. Breakfast food choices are a handful of options and fantastic coffee. Only drawback was couldn't get the tv to sync with smart phone, so no tv. The individual a/c unit was extremely loud and never got cooler than 75. Great location, rural yet a 14 minute drive to downtown Harbor Springs and close to the tunnel of trees.

Room 119 needs the floor swept and mopped. Our socks after walking around the room a little bit were nearly black on the bottom. Nothing like getting out of the shower and stepping on a little pebble. And we didn’t wear shoes into the room.

Staff was excellent and made the experience wonderful!

Cute place, but log cabins style rooms don't have to come with log cabin's style dust. Also, I don't think the shower area has seen bleach in it's lifetime. We had a short stay so I didn't have enough time to use all the amenities.

Room was big but beds pretty tight by the wall. Location was great. Bathroom needed work: door was binding, floor felt like it was giving way, bad dark spot by tub floor, not sure if black mold but it wasn’t good. Tv/internet was down but it was down all over the night we stayed. Nice to have coffee maker in the room. Bed was comfy, it was quiet (Weds. Eve). Staff let us stay parked there while we went to Mackinac Island. We would stay again.

Older hotel, the smell is not pleasant and is impregnated into everything. The staff is just collecting a check. They do NOT inform or share anything property related unless asked. Including the fact that my room on the 4th floor is only accessible by walking up stairs. The elevator takes you to 3 only. If they informed you on checking it wouldn’t be an issue. Breakfast was gross
