I really liked staying there! Good/plentiful breakfast, helpful/friendly staff, and within walking distance of both downtown Charlevoix and the beach. Some things are a bit outdated, but didn’t bother me. Highly recommend!

There was never any facility available!? When we arrived via GPS, could not contact anyone or see any evidence of a room and/or cabin for us to stay in? Phone posted on a door was not in service.

The staff we spoke with were wonderful, however the building and rooms needs some investment.

This was my 3rd time staying here and I will book again next year. Amazing staff and housekeeping. The kids waterpark area water could be a tad bit warmer and some of the features were not working but the kids still enjoyed it. Only warning would be is the bathtub is pretty slippery so use caution when showering. I've seen some reviews about the property being dirty but what I witnessed was people just leaving their trash laying around or littering, so I will not hold staff responsible for that.
