Check was super easy. Rooms cleaned and staff very friendly

There was never any facility available!? When we arrived via GPS, could not contact anyone or see any evidence of a room and/or cabin for us to stay in? Phone posted on a door was not in service.

We enjoy our stay. Excellent venue and staffs! Thank you!

Beds were hard, no working lights in the stairwells (no elevators) and very limited breakfast options. Your 2nd floor balcony is a shared balcony with the whole floor but the only access is through your room. Room looked clean, easy access from the bridge and the fire pit was a nice perk when arriving later in the evening. A/C worked well too.

Very special place….relaxing and private.

Great people and property

Hotel is in a decent location and it is clean. Lake and Mackinaw Island views from the room are nice too. The property is old however and could use some updating particularly the lakeside (peeling trim, etc.).
