The hotel needs updating but was OK. The bed was two single mattress pushed together and they did not fit together very well. It was not easy to find as the name is not displayed on the street in front of the property. The person at the reception was the sole exception, he was very helpful and professional.

Smokers stood right in front of the doors to access the hotel was not a great experience for a non smoker and the doors are directly opposite reception who I'm guessing chose to not ask people to move. The smell then blew into the reception area.

Staff not talking much

I got an upgrade which was very good. Very spacious room. Good facilities except the shower was rather poor. I wanted to get a refund for a future booking but it was not allowed.

Clean room, polite and nice staff. Peaceful/Serene vibe The gym, spa and pool were great additions

Clean room, very helpful staff, lovely selection for breakfast and good selection in the bar. Only downfall is it's not very wheelchair accessible which comes with the age of the building which is understandable
