Egg Harbor City Vacation Packages

This place needs major updates. The breakfast was all but nonexistent with horrible egg patties and a waffle machine that didn’t work right. No water to drink and no ice-awful! Hard uncomfortable beds and even the toilet paper was the thinnest one ply I’ve ever seen! We won’t be staying here again 😞

If I could give Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City zero stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the most disappointing and unacceptable hotel experiences I have ever encountered. I booked a reservation for October 10–12, 2026, through Expedia. Knowing that we would be arriving late, I contacted Harrah’s FOUR separate times to confirm that a late check-in at approximately 3:30 AM would be honored. Every single time, I was assured that there would be no issue. We drove approximately 3–4 hours and arrived at the hotel at 3:04 AM, a full 26 minutes BEFORE our confirmed arrival time, only to be informed that our reservation had been canceled and we would not be accommodated. What makes this even more outrageous is that when we contacted Harrah’s customer service afterward, a representative CONFIRMED that she could see the late check-in note documented in their reservation system! So how does a hotel repeatedly approve a late check-in, document it in its system, and then turn guests away when they arrive? To make matters worse, the front desk representative was extremely rude, dismissive, and standoffish. There was no apology, no attempt to find another room, no alternative accommodations offered, and absolutely no effort to help us resolve the situation. We had just traveled following my companion’s mother’s funeral. I even explained this to

The Qua Spa here was to die for beautiful and my second time here. This hotel and casino is MASSIVE with plenty of things to do and space, the staff is very kind housekeeping and cleanliness 10/10 and while there wasn’t breakfast included in my stay there are a few options in walking distance and in the connected restaurants like the Ramsey Pub & Grill and Tazza by the front desk special shoutout to Maria’s Luncheonette for their amazing pancakes and the West for the lively weekend vibes in the weekend
