The location downtown is great. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room is clean and comfortable.

Close to venue

The person at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in and they were also helpful when I had questions about the charges on my credit card. They were patient with me and professional. They also had a great attitude which is harder and harder to find nowadays! The room was cozy. It is perfect for two people. We had 3 for a king bedroom. It was a bit too much but would have been perfect for two of us. Everything was very clean, which I appreciate so so much being an infection control nurse. I would definitely recommend staying here. I felt safe with my family here. There is a locked entry at night.

El aire acondicionado hace mucha bulla dentro de la habitación, no había utensilios como shampoo ni jabón y la habitación se sentía la mugre en la alfombra

Everything was great! We plan to go back

We spent the night and parked for a week for an early flight, they shuttled us back and forth to the airport seamlessly. The parking rate was offset by the free shuttle to make it a great value.
