I don't know if they have a cleaning room service or if i have to ask for a room cleaning service

Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

The staff in the restaurants were extremely awesome and I love them. They were great. Our room smelled so bad of some kind of disinfectant that we could hardly stay in there. I ask for a different room couldn’t get one so we sprayed essential oils and tried to mask the odor and then when I told them about it. They proceeded to go and spray more of the toxic deodorizing spray in our room made it 10 times worse. Everyone else on the property was kind and awesome. Can’t complain about that at all. I’ve never written a negative review before, but I cannot get over the smell in the room the water on the floors of course that probably comes with the humidity. I asked to upgrade to a better room maybe one that didn’t smell so bad and I was informed there were no the rooms and if I had wanted to upgrade two days later, it would’ve cost me $2000 more no thank you

this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay.

Everything was perfect

The room was great it’s exactly what we wanted for two people there is a nice pull out couch but it wasn’t needed. The balcony was nice the pool here is really big and the fact that there is a adult jacuzzi and a family jacuzzi is top tier you can bbq all day long have drinks by the pool with tons of space. A big reason the trip was so great was the Host Criss check in was a breeze got all the details for check in days in advance and was in communication throughout our stay if we needed anything and got emailed the details for the checkout it was so smooth and easy we can’t wait to come back we hope we can get room 409 again.
