Eminence Vacation Packages

We arrived late at night to be greeted by a sign saying staff would be back in a minute. We waited for thirty minutes along with several other guests. We searched the entire premises, there was no visible staff anywhere on site. We tried to call, we could hear the phone ring—but no one answered. We were unable to check in as no staff arrived.

If I Would ever come back to visit indianapolis or would for Sure be my pick agin to stay

Not well priced for the value. The hotel in under allot of maintenance. Check in was easy and they had pick up from the airport (for a fee). The breakfast was more like a continetal then a buffet in my opinion we didn't use it after the first day. The ac worked really good and tv was smart. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was decent but the toilet screamed for over a minute when you flushed it. They did have a microwave in room with the fridge which helped. The parking was also free and it was nearby the interstate and airport, but not walkable.

OK for the price. Out of date. Lobby area smelled bad. Room was clean and smelled fine. Had more TV channels than other similar priced rooms. Only had coffee in lobby for breakfast. Long term residents in lawn chairs in entrance areas.

Found bugs in room and lobby. breakfast area didn't seem clean so we didn't eat it. Very outdated building, odor

Ehh this stay was ok. This definitely was not the embassy suites that I am used to. The hotel is very outdated. There are so many rooms that I feel like house keeping has to rush to get them all done. As I found several pieces of glass on the floor in front of microwave and next to the toilet. Thank goodness I found it before my child stepped on it barefoot. The staff were very nice and friendly and main areas seemed well maintained but rooms definitely lacked that! It was close to alot of things. Had a nice breakfast and snack hour that’s always nice. But this hotel definitely has missed several upgrades and fixes inside and out!
