Website says handheld shower head, and it did not. It said smart tv, and there wasn't. Un top of that the cable kept pausing, saying bad connection. Previous leak in our room, 417.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay within walking distance to anything and everything you would want to do. Fantastic food at the cafe. We will absolutley want to stay again! I really enjoyed the stay, but communication about charges to the room were non-existent. They do put an extra charge for the room for incidentals, which isn't much - but if you aren't expecting it then it can be surprising. Somehow they managed to be without keys, so when we were checking in so was everyone else in the hotel. There was a wedding this weekend too so we didnt get to spend much time using the amenities. The sign on the desk said the kitchen is open with a limited menu until midnight however when we asked if we could order they said they were closed for the night at 11, which is understandable - but a little confusing as well. Nothing detrimental at all - just minor miscommunications.

The room that we had the noise outside was ridiculous

What a great hotel find on our way to Florida! Very beautiful art and the room was incredible.

Property was great

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay! The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish and made everything very easy. The location was perfect—very convenient to the Expo Center, where our event was located - and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We did run into one minor issue during our stay, but the host responded immediately and resolved it right away. That level of responsiveness was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
