Fabulous stay near Marble Arch. Friendly welcome by reception staff. Lovely spacious room which was so quiet & not overlooked. Air conditioning which was definitely needed in the heatwave. Super comfy beds & pillows. Full bathroom with large fluffy towels. No issue walking to the Cumberland next door for our very good breakfast. There is nothing we didn't like. All the staff were amazing. We will definitely stay here again .

The staff act as if they are doing you a favor when you ask a question or need assistance. The restaurants, on two occasions, charged me for more food than I had ordered. Service is incredibly slow.

Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

Fantastic location, near shops, restaurants etc. Quiet at night. Plenty of glasses, mugs etc. Only little criticisms, nowhere to sit to do hair and makeup and no shelf in the shower to place shampoo, shower gel etc.

Given the price for a room in this hotel, I was disappointed by the standard of maintenance. Room 443, the TV screen kept breaking up,the remote control didn't work properly, the shower leaked under the door and the flexible shower arm was coming apart revealing the plastic pipe inside. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Another point to note for those with mobility issues, its at least half a mile to the nearest tube station.

Hotel 41 is a hidden treasure in the heart of beautiful London. From a comfortable bed to delicious treats at Plunder Pantry and the special touches in our room at night, Hotel 41 was nothing short of magical. Best of all was the attentive staff who became friends. Memories for a lifetime!
