I had booked through Expedia and accidentally booked a day later than intended. I tried to switch when I got there, but they said I had to call Expedia to do so. I called Expedia, they said they would have to call the hotel to do so. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the property and said I would have to book the original night I had intended while I was there and they said they would send an email to try to resolve the payment I had already made. So I did. The downstairs area was a lot warmer than it should have been, the elevator wouldn’t tell you on the screen what floor you were on. The workout area was subpar, and the floor had definitely not been vacuumed. I got an email not long ago from Expedia saying they could not get a hold of the property and so that I would have to go through there app to resolve it. I messaged through the app 16 hours ago and still have not received a reply. This kind of communication is unacceptable.

The a/c kept shutting down throughout the night. It would kick back on after a while, but it would stop again later. It was annoying and wouldn't stay cool.

I was in and out and only spent one night, but everything was clean, safe, and easy.

This property is on the verge of becoming a red roof inn. Mold in the shower was a big turn off.

This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed! I was fine with no frills, but the room was disgustingly dirty!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and informative. The casino is right across from the hotel. They have a shuttle bus that takes you there. It was a great stay!

The room had a chemical smell and the paint was peeling from the wall.
