Fairport Vacation Packages

We had a room where you had to walk up two steps to get to the toilet--not very safe especially in the middle of the night. Parking lot filled with potholes. Needed to climb two and a half flights to get to our room. Less than a half of roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls. We stayed here once before and had a much nicer experience but after last night will not stay here again. We actually left in the middle of the night to go home. There are no amenities to speak of except for a couple bottles of water and some Keurig coffee capsules. For the amount of $$ that we paid for this room, not acceptable!

This property I’m sure at some point was an elevated stay experience. It lacks a lot of maintenance and cleanliness. The staff at the one restaurant could use some training is speed of service and accommodation.

A number was missing from the room number sign. Water for the shower wasn’t even warm. To top it off the remote for the TV wasn’t working. It only adjusted the volume couldn’t change channels. Wouldn’t stay here ever again!
