This place is quite dated and is average, at best. It serves its purpose in an area with few other options. I think I’ll explore the Sleep Inn next time and avoid this property. It says it is under renovation but that wasn’t apparent. Very basic with a questionable level of clean. Convenient to airport is about it.

False advertising. Site says there is a sandy white beach. The motel is is the middle of town, no beach or lake in site. Hot water would come and go. On out checkout morning, we could not shower due to no hot water. When I notified the front desk, the housekeeper and desk person argued with me and basically called me a liar. The mattress was covered with a flat sheet, not fitted nor big enough to tuck in, thus exposing us to an old, dirty mattress. There was used cups in the freezer. The floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true. You'd think that at $99 a night, the place would at least be clean.

Large clean rooms and friendly staff

It was nice and peaceful but you have no internet connection must use there wifi while inside .they got outside pools and hot tub u can use. You can rent golf carts for 75 a day. Only thing bad is the resort fee 50 a nite.

This hotel just opened up in July 2026 With that said, everything was perfect. The staff was amazing!!! Open for almost 2 months, they are pet friendly. You’d never know because it doesn’t have an animal smell 10/10 exceptional

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. This motel is outdated, but if you’re looking for a clean, affordable room near Lynchburg, this is a good place to stay. I’ve stayed here twice and always felt safe.
