No help and I heard my neighbors all night

Staff was very helpful, even when we didn't check in until 1:00am. Beautiful setting. Car service a lifesaver.

The room i stayed in was nice and clean, and well appointed. The shower was good, the bed was a bit to soft but not a problem. The problem with room 316 is also its best feature. It opens directly to the pool, hot tub, sauna and game room, which is quite convenient. The problem is that the room never went below 85% humidity for the whole time i was there. I mentioned it to the staff and they said i should tell someone, so here i am, they did not offer compensation for the condensation.... Avoid room 316 and the two right after or before in sequence, otherwise a nice hotel.

AC was cooler in the hallway than the room and carpet felt damp. There was some visible water damage by the AC unit and by the shower. Staff was helpful when I wanted to swap feather pillows for a hypoallergenic option.

Their system was down, so we couldn’t check in initially. But they gave us drinks for the bar downstairs to kill time. Free breakfast was decent. Good location. Definitely best for younger guests as there’s quite a live music and bar scene.

Great hotel as to be expected from Courtyard. Beautiful room and facility. Clean pool and hot tub. Stay here!
