Rented a suite and for what I paid for it, it was uncomfortable ( couch, chairs and bed ), less in the room than expected, for a dog friendly hotel there really wasn’t any place to take the dogs to go to the bathroom. Very disappointed and not likely come back.

Property needs attention. The bed was hard. The room and property was very humid and stunk. The room also needed cleaning. They say breakfast was included but only packaged muffins and yogurt. Was not happy would not stay again.

There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived. I waited half an hour just to check in after 10 Hour drive. The room didn’t have soap or shower gel. I have stayed at the other Hyatt by the airport, and it doesn’t compare. That one is top notch.
