Great stay from start to finish! Everything we wanted & needed all in one property. We will be back!!

I had a wonderful stay at Westgate Leisure Resort during my business trip to Orlando. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the resort had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience very pleasant. A special thank you to Oscar at the front desk! He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, always willing to help with any questions or requests. His genuine hospitality really stood out and made my stay even better. Oscar is a great asset to the resort, and I hope management recognizes his excellent service. I would definitely recommend Westgate Leisure Resort to other travelers!

Great , clean and close to Universal

I thought all of the houses at margaritaville were great until we stayed at this one. Not very well thought out. The roof leaked hard during a rainstorm. The backyard is a joke. No covered patio to ride out the storm. No sliding glass or french door. Just a backdoor to a stark pool. No extra blankets like they said there would be. And don't bother emailing all these items. I still haven't received a response. We ordered from target. We'll try reunion next time.

We stayed 2 nights and were disappointed. Our room wasn't cleaned on the second day. The blackout curtains failed to block out the bright exterior lights at night. The beds are advertised as Queen, but they are definitely Full-sized. On top of that, the bathroom and shower are tiny and uncomfortable anyone tall or larger will struggle to even get through the bathroom door or shower properly.

A fabulous experience! We stayed savanna side and loved watching the animals!
