Best thing is the view of the harbor. Rooms are adequate although the bathrooms are extremely tight. The staff at the front desk leave a lot to be desired. The people I dealt with should not be client facing. The location is great. Shuttle to downtown is a great perk. Housekeeping staff was wonderful.

clean, updated nice decore in the room and common areas. Free Parking and a good location 10 minutes from town all were very positive. the down side : NO Staff! no one to check you in or out, no one to help with anything or make any recommendations. fully self service made it feel very low end unfortunately

Location was good. The water had bacteria who couldn’t swim. Staff seemed to be a little stressed perhaps understaffed a bit. Couldn’t check until a little bit later. The toilet was not working properly or something.

A wonderful location, chicly appointed rooms, amazing amenities and a charming garden.

The location is fantastic. Sure the rooms are small in size but it's a historic building and they make up for it in charm and comfort. The bed is so incredibly comfortable. Alicia was at the front desk and assisted with our check in. She was friendly, engaging and helpful in showing us all the great features of the hotel and offered suggestions for things to enjoy around town. I will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful property and a great location. All of the staff were tremendous.

My family and I stayed at the Kelley House, and our room was always clean and well-stocked. We appreciated the complimentary beverages in the lobby and the sparkling water provided in the room—it was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. The pool was also a great place to relax. It has a bar, and the pool attendant was very attentive and made sure guests had everything they needed. The staff overall were friendly, welcoming, and wonderful throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
