Checked in late and obviously upset the night desk clerk when he had to stop scrolling on his phone and actually do his job to check me in. Window shade was ripped and didn’t close all the way. I had to put a piece of furniture in front of the window for privacy. The peep hole in the door was broke and flipped upside down so it couldn’t be closed. The beds were comfortable. The night lights on the end tables were broken. Not just “not working”, they were literally broken. The sofa fabric was dirty. Grossly dirty. Didn’t want to touch it, let alone sit in it. I was here for 2 days and the staff never said a word to me. Not even when I went down to the bar for breakfast. The staff standing behind the bar “lounging” saw me coming and scurried like roaches. When I checked out early in the morning, the same guy who checked me in was now laying on the couch in the lobby, still scrolling on his phone. After I asked him what I needed to do to checkout, he told me to just leave my keys on the counter. I received a text 8 hours later reminding me it was checkout day. He never checked me out. Location is in a very sketchy part of town. Do not recommend

Convenient location

The walls are very thin. Had a child singing for 2 hours at 9pm.

My son and I stayed and it worked well for us. The room was clean and had all the usual amenities- lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coffee, etc. The staff was helpful and courteous with tips for restaurants and with the intrigues of breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, they have a full breakfast- eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, etc. My only issue, and it's definitely minor, the pool water was cold and the hot tub was boiling! If they could turn the heat up in the pool and down on the hot tub it would be perfect. I would stay here again.

Everything was great with my stay!! Only draw back was that the ice maker on 2floors was not working. Breakfasts were good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be back when in Omaha again. Thank y’all.
