Hotel was clean. Arrived and headed to the pool. Hot tub wasn’t working. Enjoyed the pool. After, stayed in the room for awhile. A storm hit & right away the window seal started leaking in 2 spots. Then the ceiling started leaking. Nothing 3 ice buckets couldn’t help. We were on the 2nd floor so not sure what was going on cause there was a floor above us. They offered to move us but the power went out. We stayed cause once the rain stopped, the leaking stopped. Twice we went to the front desk and nobody came out to help. Rang the bell and still nothing. Over all the stay was ok

Staff was courteous rooms were clean. Cleaning crew was phenomenal.
