The room was not ready when wevarrived at 5:30pm it was very noisey banging and bumping overtop our head and room on left side so diasppoint told front desk but they check but said there was nothing they could really do ask for discount but that didnt happen either feel like hotel did not follow there policy even tho book with hotel.com still some acommdation should happen. Really disappointed. Cleanliness was awesome so was the housekeeper.

The hotel was fantastic! From the champagne upon check-in and records to take to your room, to the live music every night this play was great. The onsite art displays were wonderful and all the staff onsite was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

I've travelled extensively over my 45 yr career & this is one of my top three favorite accommodations. Kinn Broadway has everything you want in a hotel and it's first class. Location, easy parking, secure, fabulous on site restaurant, well furnished and designed guest rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by an extraordinary common area on every floor. There is a well-appointed kitchen, living area and conference room that is shared by guests. The thoughtfulness, care, and quality that was deployed in the design and build of this property is outstanding. The staff and management are consummate professionals and wonderful hosts. The Ritz and Four Seasons has a new & formidable competitor!

Seriously one of my all time favorite stays! If Im ever back in Milwaukee, this would be my choice. I even happened to be there on Biker night. Live performance and people on bikes. The hotel is so gorgeously designed and the room was huge, clean and modern. This is on the favs list.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!

Our room was nice (2 queen beds). Only thing was that there were what appeared to be a small blood stain on my friends sheets. Also, we paid the extra $$ for breakfast that was NONEXISTENT. Suppose to be cereal, pancake and waffle maker, fruits, yogurt and pastries, coffee & juices. Nothing was available! All that was there were these little tiny donut balls and some coffee. Very very disappointing! Tried to get a refund on that but the person working the front desk had no idea how to do that and no manager was available supposedly.
