Extremely disappointing communication. I have stayed in over 36 different hotels this year. I travel A LOT. I contacted the hotel one week before my arrival, followed up again three days before arriving, and sent another message the day before check-in. I never received a response—not before my stay, not during it, and I’m now home and still haven’t heard from anyone. If you're looking to connect with anyone, ask questions, or get any support whatsoever, good luck. Guests shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a hotel for basic communication, especially before an upcoming reservation. Regardless of the property itself, this level of customer service is unacceptable and would make me think twice about staying here again.

Good afternoon place to stay in downtown MKE. Parking was a little way away, but not big issue.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!

Lots of nice little touches, like the complimentary champagne on arrival and the record player in the room. We loved the lobby bar! Would definitely stay again.
