Very friendly stuff at the property. Free shuttle from 6 AM to 10:30 PM. I had to leave property at 4 AM and they offer shuttle to the airport for additional fee, which was very helpful. The drivers were on time. I needed the hotel just for a few hours to take a shower and sleep, and it was just perfect for me

Temperature was a bit too hot during the night

Location! Location! Location! Directly between Zurich HB train station and bus station. Perfect for day trips/tours. Excellent food right next door. Lots of shopping under the train station with more food options. Hotel staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Hotel is clean and quiet. Great stay!

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

Cool quirky hotel, excellent location for exploring the city. Tasty breakfast. Just the rooms are showing some ware and tear. The record player didn’t work nor could we get the tv to show a picture. The shower kept making a weird sound. It is still a great hotel, just could use a little TLC.
