Nice historic building in a great location.

Super cool, friendly staff .. best stay in Nola

Happily greeted when we arrived by valet. Check in was easy. Rooms (3) I booked we great

The staff was amazing and attentive, she even let us check in early from a long exhausting plane ride. Amenities and parking was great plenty of parking conveniently right across the street. I would stay here again

The king room that we had paid for and stayed in for one night had vinyl flooring that had lifted from the floor below causing a tripping hazard. Hair, not ours, in the shower. Low water pressure in the shower. Shower water took a long time to warm up but never got hot. We were moved to a queen room the next day which was better. The first room should never have been opened for guests - surely the cleaning staff should have noticed the poor flooring. Rooms were small and it had the hostel feel. I would not recommend this hotel. Moreover it had been advertised on Expedia that the hotel would provide a continental breakfast upon original booking which is not the case, false advertising....very disappointing for a hotel with a great location near a tram stop. No dining options in the hotel though restaurants were nearby.
